  • 500 g - wheat flour
  • 125 g - gond (edible gum)
  • 250 g - powdered sugar
  • 350 g - ghee
  • 1/2 tsp - powdered cardamom
  • 100 g - chopped almonds

How to Make Gond Panjeeri Ka Laddoo

  • Keep the gond in the sun to dry well.
  • Grind it into channa dal sized pieces.
  • Heat ghee and fry the gond.
  • When it puffs up, remove from ghee and keep aside.
  • Roast the flour in the remaining ghee till light brown on low heat.
  • Mix fried gond, powdered sugar, powdered cardamom and chopped almonds.
  • Divide the mixture into 15 portions and shape each portion into a laddoo.
