Ingredients

  • 5 - small gooseberries
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1/2 - tsp salt
  • 200 ml/1 cup - curd
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/4 - tsp oil
  • 1 tsp - chopped coriander

How to Make Gooseberry raita

  • Cut gooseberries in half and remove seeds. Grate gooseberries and grind along with green chillies. Put them in a bowl.
  • Add a cup of curd, salt and temper with mustard seeds.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
  • Serve with sambar rice, biryani or roti.
