  • 5 - gooseberries
  • 1 cup - curd
  • 4 - green chilli
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • salt to taste

How to Make Gooseberry raitha

  • Boil gooseberries in hot water for 10-15 mins. Let it cool. Remove the seeds and cut it into small pieces.
  • Grind gooseberry, green chilli and salt.
  • Add some curd to grind into fine paste.
  • Mix it with curd. Garnish with coriander leaves.
