Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups - crispy rice cereal
  • 2 cups - quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup - raisins
  • 1/2 cup - packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup - light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup - crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract

How to Make Granola Snacks

  • In a large bowl, stir together the rice cereal and oats. Keep it aside.
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with a cooking spray.
  • Combine the brown sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan and heat it on medium flame until it starts to boil.
  • Then remove it from heat and stir it in a peanut butter and vanilla until it becomes smooth.
  • Pour it over the cereal and oat mixture, and mix them well.
  • Press into the prepared pan using the back of a large spoon.
  • Allow it to cool, then cut into squares.
