Ingredients

  • quick cooking oats - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • low fat margarine - 1/2 cup, melted
  • seedless black grapes - 250 gm, lightly crushed
  • bananas - 2, sliced

How to Make Grape and Banana Crunch

  • Combine first four ingredients with a fork.
  • Place grapes and bananas in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the oat mixture on top
  • Bake in a mode oven (180 degrees centigrade) for about 20 minutes, till the fruit is soft and top is crisp.
  • Serve warm.
