  • 450 gms. seedless green grapes
  • 3 tbsp. clear honey
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint

How to Make Grapes in Mint

  • Wash the grapes and remove the stalks without breaking the grapes
  • Divide the fruit between four individual bowls or dishes
  • Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and divide equally between the bowls
  • Place in fridge and leave for two hours before serving
