  • 1 litre - milk
  • 4 tbsp - sugar
  • 4 - medium apples, peeled
  • 1/4 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 4 - almonds, sliced
  • 5 - pistas

How to Make Grated Apple Kheer

  • Boil the milk in a heavy based pan and heat till the volume is reduced to half.
  • Add sugar.
  • Grate the apples and add to the milk.
  • Soon as it boils remove from the heat.
  • Sprinkle cardamom, pistas and almonds on top.
  • Serve hot or cold.
