  • Grated carrots - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Ghee - 4 tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder - as required
  • Chopped almonds, cashew nuts
  • Coconut powder - as needed

How to Make Grated Carrot Burfi

  • Mix grated carrots, sugar, and milk and then cook.
  • When it thickens, add ghee and coconut powder. When the mixture leaves the side of pan, add cashews and almonds.
  • Spread it in a greased plate and sprinkle over cardamom powder.
