Ingredients

  • 1 kg - mutton chops
  • 2 - onions, sliced finely
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 2 - potatoes, boiled and sliced thickly
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 4 - slit green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - oil.

How to Make Green Chilli Lamb - Mutton Gravy Chops

  • Wash the chops well and marinate it with the salt, pepper powder, garlic paste and turmeric powder.
  • Cook the chops with a little water till tender.
  • Add the onions, green chillies and oil and cook till the gravy is thick.
  • Add the potatoes and mix lightly so that the potatoes are covered with the gravy.
