  • 40 gms. white corn
  • 80 gms. spinach paste
  • 200 gms. sweet corn
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 30 gms. fresh basil
  • 30 ml. fresh cream
  • 800ml. stock water

How to Make Green corn pot soup

  • Take stock water in a saucepan. Add sweet corn and whisk properly.
  • Add seasonings and fresh basil. Bring to a boil.
  • Add spinach and immediately remove from heat.
  • Put some white corn in soup bowl.
  • Pour soup and garnish with fresh cream.
