Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - fish (boneless), medium sized
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - clove of garlic
  • green chilli
  • fresh coriander
  • salt
  • methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
  • oil
  • 3 tbsp - yogurt

How to Make Green Fish Curry

  • Saute chopped onion in oil till it is golden. Put some methi in it.
  • Make a green paste with garlic, coriander, green chilli and salt. Add to the onions.
  • Cook well.
  • Add fish and yogurt and let it cook till the water evaporates.
  • Cook for around 30 minutes on medium heat.
  • No addition of water is required.
