Ingredients

  • 250 g - fresh green grams
  • 50 g - grated cabbage
  • 50 g - shredded carrot
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp - chaat masala
  • 2 tbsp - besan
  • oil

How to Make Green Gram Balls

  • Crush the green gram, cabbage and carrot in the mixer.
  • Add chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves to the mixture.
  • Add the salt, chaat masala and besan.
  • Make small balls and deep fry.
  • Enjoy with sauce as snack.
