  • 250 g - boiled green gram
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - cucumber
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp - orange juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp - black pepper

How to Make Green gram salad

  • Take a bowl, add the boiled green gram.
  • Add in the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander leaves, green chilli, orange juice, pepper and salt. Mix well.
  • Serve cold.
