Ingredients

  • 250 g - green gram
  • 50 g - grated cabbage
  • 50 g - shredded carrot
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp - chaat masala
  • 2 tbsp - besan
  • Oil for cooking

How to Make Green Gram Vadas

  • Grind the green gram, cabbage and carrot in the mixer.
  • Add chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves to the mixture. Mix well.
  • Add the salt, chaat masala and besan. Make a tight pasty dough.
  • Shape small balls from the mixture and deep fry.
