  • 1 -bunch spinach
  • 2- boiled potato
  • 1 cup- boiled green peas
  • 1 tsp- crush cumin (jeera)
  • 1/2 tsp- garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp- lemon juice
  • 1.5 tsp -green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp -ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp- green coriander
  • 1 tbsp -grated paneer
  • 1 tbsp- corn flour
  • salt
  • oil to fry

How to Make Green Kebab

  • Boil spinach leaves and make a paste.
  • Crush boiled green peas and mash boiled potato.
  • Add spinach paste and salt to the potatoes and mix.
  • Add green coriander, salt, green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, grated paneer and green peas.
  • Now make small sized balls of potato mixture.
  • Fill it with the green peas mixture and close.
  • Make kebabs.
  • Sprinkle corn flour on kebabs & fry in oil.
  • Serve with tomato sauce.
