Ingredients

  • 1 kg - lamb or mutton chops
  • 1/2 inch - ginger
  • 6 pods - garlic
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • lemon juice
  • turmeric
  • 2 - eggs
  • plain flour
  • bread crumbs
  • oil for frying
  • salt

How to Make Green Masala Lamb Chops

  • Boil lamb or mutton in 1 glass of water.
  • Add salt and turmeric and cook in a pressure cooker for 10 mins.
  • Open the lid and cook until all the water evaporates.
  • Then grind the masala, add salt and lemon juice and coat the lamb or mutton with the masala.
  • Dip these in plain flour, egg batter and bread crumbs and shallow fry.
