  • chicken - 1 kg
  • capsicum - 1 no
  • pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  • onion - 1 no
  • green chilli - 4
  • chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • garlic cut pieces - 4
  • coriander leaves - few sprigs
  • mint leaves - few
  • curry leaves
  • pinch of turmeric powder
  • salt
  • lime juice
  • sunflower oil

How to Make green pepper chicken

  • Boil the chicken.
  • Add oil to the pan put ginger garlic paste, onion and garlic flakes, fry till red.
  • Then add green ch
  • ly cut in to two slices.
  • Add 3/4 boiled chicken fry in the oil for 5 mins.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and fry them in the oil for 10 mins.
  • Add lime for taste.
