Ingredients

  • 2 -green plantains
  • 1/2 tbsp -chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Green Plantain Fry

  • Cut the plantain into thick (2 inch) round pieces.
  • Mix thoroughly with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and set aside for 30 mins.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the plantain pieces.
  • Serve hot.
