Ingredients

  • 100 g - methi leaves
  • 100 g - spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp - curd
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • 50 g - multigrain flour
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander
  • Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Green vadas

  • Wash and cut the spinach and methi leaves into small pieces.
  • Take a bowl, add the multigrain flour and mix in the methi and spinach leaves.
  • Add curd, salt, sugar, all the spices, green chilli, coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Add a little water if required and form into a dough.
  • Make small balls and deep fry.
