Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken (boneless)
  • 2 - Capsicums
  • 2 - onions
  • For the marinade:
  • 1 cup - curd
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 - lemons
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • Red food colour
  • Oil/butter for brushing

How to Make Grilled Chicken

  • Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, add chicken to it and leave aside for 2 hours.
  • Cook in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
  • Take out the chicken and skewer them in combination with onions and capsicum.
  • Brush them with oil and roast them on a grill or in a oven.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve hot.
