Ingredients

  • 1 - medium sized cauliflower
  • For batter:
  • 1/2 cup - corn flour
  • 2 tbsp - maida
  • 3 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch - turmeric powder
  • salt

How to Make Grilled Gobi 65

  • Preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius.
  • Half boil cauliflower in water with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, keep aside.
  • Then mix all the above ingredients with a little water to form a thick batter.
  • Dip in the cauliflower florets and marinate it for 15 - 30 mins.
  • Spread 1 tsp of oil on the baking sheet. Place the marinated pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Grill it for 15 - 20 mins in broil/grill mode, turning in between.
