  • 225 gms. mutton chops
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • Small onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. garam masala
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. red chilli powder
  • Small piece root ginger
  • ½ tsp. garlic paste
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. yoghurt

How to Make Handi Chop Masala

  • Heat the oil, add the onions and cook until brown.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and cook well.
  • Add the mutton chops to the sauce, then add the tomatoes and stir well.
  • Add some water and allow the chops to cook until tender.
  • When cooked, add the yoghurt.
  • Mix well and reheat carefully.
  • Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves and ginger strips.
