Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs, hard-boiled chopped into four
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp - oil or butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Grind to a paste:
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 1/2 cup - fresh, grated coconut
  • 3 - cloves
  • 1/2 tsp - poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 stick - cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup - coriander leaves
  • 4 pods - garlic

How to Make Hard boiled egg stew

  • Heat oil in a kadai; fry onion till light brown.
  • Stir in the ground masala and fry till the oil separates
  • Add salt and mix well
  • Add eggs slowly, stir gently
  • Add 1/2 cup water to get gravy consistency
  • Serve hot with rice or roti
