Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Potatoes
  • 1 bunch Spinach (palak)
  • 100 g Peas
  • 4-5 slices of bread
  • 4-5 chillies
  • 1/2 tsp of freshly ground ginger garlic paste

How to Make Hare Bhare Kabab

  • Boil & mash the potatoes.
  • Microwave spinach and peas for 5 mins, depending on the power of your microwave.
  • Drain water, if any and add the green chillies & dry grind it in a mixer.
  • Add this mixture in a bowl, add the potatoes, bread & all the remaining ingredients. Add salt to taste.
  • Then roll them into small rolls. Take a skillet add some oil & fry them till they are crisp.
