Ingredients

  • 1 kg - mutton chops
  • 1 tbsp each - garlic and ginger paste
  • For masala (grind together):
  • 1 - chopped tomato
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 2 cups - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - whole cumin (jeera) seeds
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - cornflour
  • 1/2 cup - chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 2 tbsp - whole peppercorns
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - garam masala paste
  • For Coating: 3 - eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups - breadcrumbs

How to Make Hare Masale Ke Mutton Chops

  • Marinate mutton chops with 1 tbsp each of garlic and ginger paste and 1.5 tsp of salt for 4 hours.
  • Shallow fry in oil and keep it aside.
  • Apply the masala paste generously to the pre-fried chops.
  • Coat it with bread-crumbs and egg.
  • Shallow fry once on each side for 3 to 4 minutes each.
  • Serve it hot with French fries.
