Ingredients

  • 300 g - white fish (5 pieces)
  • 20 g - spinach
  • 10 g - mint
  • 5 g - coriander
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - amchoor powder
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala powder
  • a pinch - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - kasoori methi
  • a pinch - ajwain
  • 30 g - curd
  • 5 g - ginger/garlic paste
  • 50 g - oil

How to Make Hari Bhari Machchi

  • Clean, cut and wash the fish, keep aside.
  • Grind spinach, coriander and green chilli to a paste, add rest of the ingredients for a marinade.
  • Add fish, keep aside for 20 mins.
  • Skewer the fish and barbeque for about 10-12 mins.
  • Baste with oil until well done.
  • Serve hot on a bed of onions garnished with sauteed garlic.
