Ingredients

  • 5-6 -medium boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup -boiled spinach paste
  • 1/2 cup- boiled green peas
  • 4-5- bread slices
  • 1 tsp -crushed cumin
  • 1 tsp -garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp -lemon juice
  • 1.5 tsp - green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp -green coriander
  • 2 tbsp -poppy seeds
  • Salt
  • Oil to fry
  • Tomato sauce

How to Make Hariyali Cutlets

  • Mash boiled potatoes.
  • Add the prepared spinach paste and crushed green peas.
  • Soak bread slices in water, squeeze to remove excess water, mash and add to this mixture.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients except poppy seeds and oil.
  • Now make balls of this mixture and make circular, oval or heart shapes.
  • Sprinkle with poppy seeds and shallow fry in a non-stick pan.
  • Serve with tomato sauce.
