Ingredients

  • Spinach - 2 bunches
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Basil - 1 bunch
  • Spring onion - 3 bunches
  • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
  • Besan flour - 1-2 cups
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - to shallow fry

How to Make Hariyali Pakoda

  • Chop and mix together all the green leafy vegetables.
  • Add coriander leaves, enough besan flour and water to make a dough.
  • Shape dough into small flat round pakodas.
  • Take a non-stick frying pan, pour 3 tbsp oil and shallow fry them on medium heat till golden brown.
  • Serve
