  • Any fleshy fish - 1 lb
  • Yogurt - 1 cup (hung to drain out the excess fluid)
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Ginger- Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp

How to Make Healthy Baked Fish

  • In a bowl, combine all the items except the fish.
  • Blend well and coat the fish pieces with this mixture. Keep it marinated for an hour at least.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Centigrade. Bake fishes for 45 minutes turning once in between.
  • Serve hot with lemon juice and coriander leaves.
