6-8 fresh button mushrooms
- ½ medium carrot
- 4-6 cabbage leaves
- 1 spring onion
- 12-16 spinach leaves
- ¾ tsp.salt
- 1 tsp. crushed garlic
How to Make Healthy Clear Veg soup
- Heat all the vegetables stock in a non stick or wok along with crushed garlic.
- Add all vegetables and serve.
