Ingredients

  • 1 cup - rice
  • 2 - cucumbers, grated
  • 1 tsp - chilli garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup - chopped coriander
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Butter

How to Make Healthy Cucumber Dosa

  • Soak the rice for 1 hour; grind it and add salt and chilli garlic paste to it.
  • Keep aside for 15 minutes and add cucumber to it.
  • Take a spoonful of this batter and spread it on a hot pan.
  • Top some butter and coriander on it and peel it off the pan.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney.
