Ingredients

  • 1 big bunch - curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp -coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 6 cloves - garlic
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - asafoetida powder
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1- small piece of tamarind
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Healthy Curry Leaves Chutney

  • Wash the curry leaves thoroughly.
  • Grind curry leaves, coriander seeds, black pepper, green chilli, green chilli, cloves, salt and tamarind ingredients with a little water to a smooth consistency.
  • In a hard bottom medium pan, pour oil, splutter mustard seeds. Add asafoetida powder.
