Ingredients

  • soya or olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • minced garlic - 2 tsp
  • carrot - 1.5 cup, thinly sliced
  • capsicum - 1.5 cup, diced
  • leeks - 1.5 cup, sliced
  • cooked chicken breast - 1.5 cup, flake
  • chili flakes - 1 tsp
  • tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • lime juice - 1 tsp
  • roasted almonds - 3 tbsp
  • skimmed chicken stock - 1 cup
  • quick cooking oats - 2 tbsp
  • MSG a pinch
  • sugar a pinch
  • salt to taste

How to Make Healthy Dragon Chicken

  • Heat oil in a non stick fry pan.
  • Fry garlic till fragrant.
  • Stir fry all the vegetables till tender crisp.
  • Add all the ingredients till roasted almond.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Add MSG, sugar and salt.
  • Cook oats in chicken stock for 2-3 minutes and pour over the chicken and vegetable mixture and serve immediately.
