Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Grapes
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 - Orange
  • 1 tbsp - Honey
  • 1/8 tsp - Grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup - Chilled water
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Healthy Fruit Juice

  • Wash the grapes and peel and deseed the orange .
  • Mix all the ingredients except honey in a mixer and blend them.
  • Strain with a medium strainer- should not be too fine.
  • Now mix the honey and stir well.
  • Serve chilled.
