Ingredients

  • 1 - carrot
  • 1/4 - lauki
  • 1/4 - cauliflower
  • 1/4 - cabbage
  • 10 - beans
  • 1 - potato
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1/2 - capsicum
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Healthy Sabzi

  • Wash, peel and cut carrots, lauki and potato into 1 cm pieces.
  • Cut cauliflower florets and keep aside.
  • Cut beans into 1.5 cm pieces.
  • Dice tomatoes into 8 pieces and cut cabbage into 1.5 cm pieces.
  • De-seed and cut capsicum into 1.5 cm pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add bay leaf, pepper powder and fry.
  • Add vegetables, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook for 5 mins.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
