  • Potato -250 gm
  • Curd - 150gm
  • Honey - 100gm
  • Apple ,banana , orange - 100gm each
  • Pomegranate - 1 no.
  • Small quantity of almonds , walnuts , rock salt , black pepper and coriander leaves

How to Make Healthy Snacks For Exams And Fasting

  • Take small potato and boil them.
  • Prick them , dip a part of them in honey and part in well churned curd.
  • After 20 minutes, take them out .
  • Add small cut banana ,apple , orange .
  • Add cut almonds and wall nuts.
  • Add small quantity of lemon , rock salt and black pepper
  • Serve with garnish of pomegranate seed and coriander leaves.
