  • 2 cups of wholewheat flour
  • ½ cup besan
  • 1 cup methi(fenugreek leaves)
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp Red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt

How to Make Healthy Thepla

  • Mix wholewheat flour, gram flour, fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder , chilli powder and salt.
  • Add yogurt.
  • Make equal balls, flatten them and shallow fry on non stick pan.
