  • 6 - Large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp - Pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Herb Mashed Potatoes

  • Wash the potatoes and cook till soft.
  • Remove the skins and mash well.
  • Add the butter, milk, parsley, pepper, salt and mix well.
  • Serve with toast and any baked dish.
