Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup - fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup - fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp - fresh chopped ginger
  • 1 clove - garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium size green mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - ground fennel powder
  • 2 tbsp - water
  • salt to taste

How to Make Herb Prawns

  • Heat oil in a pan, saute the onion until golden brown in colour.
  • Add the ground masala paste to the pan, cook until the herbs release an aroma.
  • Add the prawns, stir and cook for about 5 mins. or until tender.
  • Serve hot
