Ingredients

  • 1 Cup - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Old curd

How to Make Homemade Curd

  • Warm milk.
  • You should be able to dip your fingertips in it.
  • Add 1 tsp of old curd to the milk.
  • Stir well.
  • With the help of two containers, mix the milk. i.e., pour from one container to the other.
  • Repeat this step 2-3 times, such that foam is formed on top of the milk.
  • Keep it at room temperature or in a place which is warm.
  • After about 8-9 hours, curd is formed.
  • Now store this in refrigerator.
