Bay leaf and cinnamon are added to the melted butter. Mango pulp, sugar, mango juice and lemon are added and this yummy mixture is slow-cooked till it reaches a jam like consistency.

  • Fresh Mango Pulp 500gm
  • Sugar 500 gm
  • Cinnamon sticks 5gm
  • Bay leaf 4pcs
  • Butter 20gm
  • Lemon 1pc
  • Mango juice 500 ml

How to Make Homemade Mango Jam

  • In a pot, melt butter, now put bay leaf and cinnamon stick. After that, pour mango pulp, cook it for 5 min.
  • Now it’s time to put sugar in the mixture and let the sugar dissolve. Now gradually pour mango juice, in time between, squeeze a slice of lemon.
  • Let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Jam is ready, cool it and store in the air tight container.
