Ingredients

  • 4 cups - water
  • 2 cups - rice
  • 2 - garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 2 - maggie chicken flavoured cubes
  • 3 - egg
  • 4 - baby carrots sliced (optional)
  • 4 - green beans sliced into small pieces
  • 4 tbsp - green peas
  • 1/4 cup - canola oil
  • Do not add salt, as there is enough salt in chicken stock cubes

How to Make Hot and spicy Vegetable Fried Rice

  • Cook rice till done.
  • Heat oil in a deep kadai.
  • Add garlic, saute for a while.
  • Add chopped carrots, green beans, green peas and saute until cooked.
  • Then add chicken stock cubes and fry for about 3 mins.
  • Add the beaten eggs slowly into the kadai, stirring continuously.
  • When the egg dries, add the cooked rice and mix well.
  • Serve.
