Ingredients

  • 1 cup - minced clams
  • 1 - onion
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - oregano
  • 1 tbsp - celery
  • 1 cup - cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - lemon juice.

How to Make Hot Clam Dip

  • Heat a pan and simmer clam mince and lemon juice for 10 mins, stirring continuously.
  • Add butter, onions and green chillies and simmer for 5 mins.
  • Add pepper, oregano and celery.
  • Remove from fire and put in a baking dish.
  • Top with the cream cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 30 mins.
