Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Green Chillies
  • Mustard Oil - 150 ml
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard powder - 2 tbsp
  • Black Salt - 1 tsp
  • Methi powder - 1 tsp
  • Saunf powder - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp

How to Make Hot Green Chilli Pickle

  • Wash the green chillies and cut into small pieces of 1 inch or 1 cm.
  • Then add mustard powder, turmeric powder, methi powder, saunf powder, black salt, vinegar, white salt, sugar and mix well. Finally, add the mustard oil.
  • Mix well and keep it closed.
  • Let the chillies soak well. In 2-3 days the pickle will be ready to eat.
  • Keep the pickle in the refrigerator.
