Ingredients

  • Paneer (shredded) - 1 cup
  • Onion (finely chopped) - 2 cups
  • Tomato (finely chopped) - 1 cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1 tsp
  • Dhania powder - 1 tsp
  • Jeera powder - 1 tsp
  • Cashewnut paste - 2 tsp
  • Cream - 2 tsp
  • Refined oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Hot Paneer Adraki

  • Deep-fry the shredded paneer, crumble them and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry for a while.
  • Add turmeric, dhania powder, jeera powder and saute well.
  • Add the fried paneer, tomatoes, cashewnut paste and salt.
  • Stir well.
  • Add cream and mix well.
  • Serve hot with roti or kulcha.
