  • 4 to 5 plain papad
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 bunch mint leaves
  • little corrinder leaves
  • 5 green chillies (for spicy lovers)
  • 5 pods garlic
  • Little ginger
  • 1 big onion, cut in to small pcs
  • 1 tomato cut into small pcs salt ( to taste)
  • 3 Table spoon oil
  • 1/2 spoon haldi pwdr/ 1/2 spoon dhanya pwdr
  • pinch hing 2 pcs cinnomon stick, 3 to 4 cloves

How to Make hot papad subzi with twists

  • Make a paste of mint, corrionder leaves,chillies,garlic and ginger (grind it with little water).
  • Take a deep wok, add the oil then mustard seeds then colves and cinnomon stick.
  • Add onions.
  • Fry them.
  • Add tomotoes, haldi, dhanya powder and fry a little.
  • Add the paste and add salt to taste.
  • Fry a little.
  • Meanwhile cut the papads in to 3 inch sizes, add curds and stir fast to avoid curdling.
  • Add papads and mix a little.
  • Takes 3 to 4 minutes to boil.
  • Subzi is ready to eat with rice or rotis.
