Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp plain flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tbsp celery

How to Make Hot Salad Dressing

  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Add plain flour and mix it well.
  • Add vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  • Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Pour egg yolk in vinegar.
  • Add celery.
  • Put on fire for few minutes.
  • Pour over bean salad, chicken salad and serve.
