Ingredients

  • 500 g - mutton, minced
  • 1.5 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1.5 tsp - minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric
  • 1 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 cup - coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 6 - slit green chillies
  • 2 - chopped tomatoes (medium sized)
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1/2 cup - oil
  • 2 - finely chopped onions (medium-sized)

How to Make Hyderabadi Kheema

  • Marinate the minced mutton with chilli powder, minced garlic, turmeric, ginger paste and salt.
  • Heat oil, fry onions till it turns light brown.
  • Add the minced mutton which has been marinated for half an hour.
  • Stir constantly on a high flame for 2-3 mins.
  • Cover and simmer till it gets properly cooked (approximately 15-20 mins).
  • Add seasoning if needed and serve.
