Ingredients

  • 1 cup - idli batter
  • 1/4 cup - rice flour
  • 2 - green chillies (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry
  • 1 - onion (chopped finely)

How to Make Idli Pakoda

  • Mix all the ingredients into the idli batter.
  • Once the oil is heated well, drop the batter in the oil like small pakodas.
  • Deep fry and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
