Ingredients

  • 6 - Eggs
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1 tsp - Jeera/Cumin seeds
  • 2- Onions
  • 1 tsp - Pepper Corns
  • 6 - Potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1" - Turmeric/Haldi.

How to Make Indian Egg Stew

  • Boil the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Keep aside.
  • Then hard boil the eggs, remove the shells, and cut them into halves.
  • Now grind the masala.
  • Then heat ghee in a dekchi and saute the sliced onion.
  • Then add the masala and the water.
  • Let it boil. When it starts boiling add the potatoes pieces and the eggs with salt to taste.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with rice or chapathis.
